Reminder Mitra ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Reminder Mitra stores the reminders you create — including titles, dates, times, and categories — entirely on your device using a local database. We do not upload your reminder content to any external server, and we have no backend server that receives this data.
To function correctly, the app requests permissions for exact alarms, notifications, vibration, and (optionally) microphone access for voice-based reminder creation. Microphone audio is processed on-device or via the operating system's speech recognition service and is not stored by us.
Your reminder data is used solely to schedule and display notifications and alarms on your device. If you subscribe to Reminder Mitra Premium, payment is processed by Google Play, and we do not receive or store your payment card details.
We do not sell, share, or transmit your personal reminder data to any third party. The app does not include any analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or tracking SDKs, so no usage data is collected from your device by us or by any third-party service.
All app data — reminders, notes, settings, and preferences — lives only in a local database on your device. Nothing is synced to the cloud or to any account. If you back up your device through your phone manufacturer's or Android's own backup mechanism, that backup is controlled by you and by that backup provider, not by us.
You can delete any reminder at any time from within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. You may also revoke permissions such as microphone or notification access at any time from your device Settings.
Reminder Mitra is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children, consistent with the "no data collection" design of the app described above.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
